22:30 Men is born out of a desire to see a revival begin first in the hearts of men who call themselves believers—and then spread throughout the United States and into the world.
The group began in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana, where Josh Hixon leads a small, devoted men’s group. While walking alongside these men through real-life struggles, victories, and spiritual battles, God stirred something deeper in Josh’s heart. It wasn’t just about another weekly gathering or surface-level encouragement. It was about a place where men could wrestle with the Word, confront the lies of the enemy, and pursue a life fully surrendered to Jesus.
From this desire, 22:30 Men was formed. Named after Ezekiel 22:30, this movement calls men to stand in the gap—for their families, their churches, their communities, and their own souls. It’s a call to intercession, obedience, and brotherhood. A daily space for men to dig into truth and anchor their lives in the presence and power of God.
But revival doesn’t stop with a personal awakening. True revival ignites a call to discipleship. As men are set on fire for the Lord, they are called to walk with others—to disciple and be discipled. We believe every man should be knit into a local, visible church body, where spiritual growth and accountability flourish. From there, the passion to reach the world grows, and the call to make disciples of all nations becomes personal and urgent.
22:30 Men exists to equip disciple-makers. This is a place to find solid biblical teaching, practical tools, and encouragement to help men walk with others toward Jesus. It’s a place to keep the fire burning—to stir one another up toward love and good works.
This is not a replacement for the local church. It’s a resource for the remnant. A sharpening ground for the men God is raising up to lead, serve, and disciple in the power of the Spirit.
The 22:30 Men isn’t a brand. It’s a battleground. And the invitation is open: Will you stand in the gap?
